Nurturing growth and connection.
Welcome to Raise Therapy!
A soft place to land for children, young people, parents, and carers.
Parenting is one of life’s most meaningful experiences, and childhood and adolescence are times of enormous growth and change. Both can also bring challenges, uncertainty, and emotional strain. At Raise Therapy, I offer a range of distinct but complementary paths. These include play therapy for children, therapeutic support for young people, and collaborative work with parents and carers. Whichever path feels right for you or your family, you will find a safe and compassionate space where relationships can strengthen, confidence can grow, and emotional wellbeing can flourish.
“Children don’t need us to be perfect; they need us to be real, and to be attuned to who they are.”
- Gabor Maté

Play Therapy for Children
For children aged 3 to 12, play therapy provides a safe and creative way to express feelings, process experiences, and develop resilience. It can be especially supportive for children facing anxiety, grief, family transitions, or difficulties at school or with peers.
-
Therapy for Young People Living Abroad
A supportive and open space for young people aged 13 to 18 to explore, reflect, and grow. I offer one-on-one therapy, with a particular focus on supporting adolescents living abroad as they navigate life transitions, shifting identities, and cross-cultural experiences.

Support for Parents and Carers
Reflective and collaborative sessions that help parents and carers feel more confident, grounded, and supported in their role. Together, we explore challenges and discover practical strategies that strengthen connection and trust within the family.
The Raise Approach
At Raise Therapy, the word RAISE reflects the values I bring to every session. These five guiding principles create a safe, supportive space where parents can grow, reflect, and feel understood.
Responsive Meeting the individual where they are with care and flexibility.
Attuned Listening deeply and noticing both spoken and unspoken needs.
Intentional Using clear strategies to support meaningful change.
Secure Creating a safe, trusting space where connection can grow.
Empathic Respecting feelings and fostering understanding.
